When you join the ADK, you may choose to "affiliate" with
the Glens Falls-Saratoga Chapter. The Glens Falls-Saratoga
Chapter has a membership of over 3,000, making it the second
largest ADK chapter - and it's growing fast!
Many members reside in Saratoga, Warren or Washington Counties of New York State, but we also have a growing number of members from across the northeastern states.
The chapter offers something for everyone. Activities include hiking, canoeing, cross-country skiing, kayaking, social events, interesting programs, etc. You do not have to be an athlete or drive long distances to enjoy many of our outings.
Hikes range from short, easy walks to more challenging climbs in the High Peaks. Many activities are local - not all require a long drive. As a chapter member, you will also receive the bi-monthly Chepontuc Footnotes newsletter.
